| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. You will also be requested to provide us with a ' password '. Please keep this safe. You will be asked to confirm a part of your password before we will discuss your order by telephone. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and JCB card payment. We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready to ship, and we do not impose a credit card service charge. If you do not want to submit your credit card details over the internet, or you wish to pay by cheque, bankers draft, or by direct bank transfer, just download your order form (keep a copy for your records) and post it with your details or payment. You can also pay by credit card via our 24hr. telephone answer or fax service. Please note : your internet security software may not allow you to complete your order on-line. If you encounter problems at check-out, try to re-submit your order with your security software disabled. If you still encounter problems, e-mail us for further options. We only deliver goods to the card holders address. If you are shopping from outside of the UK, e-mail sales for a shipping quotation. Your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency at their current exchange bank rate. | Shipping And Handling All prices include delivery to mainland UK (unless stated otherwise). Please note : orders with destinations to remote areas of mainland UK may incur an additional service charge. You will be immediately notified of any such charge and your acceptance will be required before your order can be processed. We can arrange delivery to any other destination. | Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally deliver orders within <14> business days. However, please allow up to 30 days for back-ordered items. If it is thought that this period is likely to be exceeded, you will be offered the option to choose an alternative product, or cancel your order and receive a full refund with immediate effect. Demand for some products is greater during the winter months, and in particular just before Christmas. To avoid disappointment, please allow sufficient time for delivery. Please help us to help you avoid delivery charges !! Our standard delivery service, which is included in our price, provides for the delivery of your order to your address during week days, but not for the unloading of your order. You are requested to arrange assistance to help the delivery driver unload any item in excess of 25kg. If you are unable to offer this assistance, please request a special tail-lift delivery service to be provided. This will be charged to you 'at cost', and added to the total of your invoice. Quotations are available from our sales team. Also, a special Saturday delivery service is available, again at additional cost. Please ask for a quotation. | Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. |

| Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm You have seven working days from the day after receipt of the goods to reject your order without reason. The goods must be fit for re-sale, placed in their original undamaged packaging and adequately secured to the delivery pallet (where applicable). Once the RAU number has been received and fixed to the packaging, we will arrange for our carrier to collect the goods from the original delivery address, or at another agreed location.
